Personal data is processed in order to perform the AMIC Club contract. Optional data are processed on the basis of consent and may be used by the data controller for contact and marketing based on the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6 (1) (f) of the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR). Optional data will be processed until the termination of the AMIC Club agreement or withdrawal of consent. The data controller will transfer personal data only to trusted recipients such as IT service providers, accountants, law firms, marketing agencies (who provide services to AMIC POLSKA Sp. Z o.o. Ogrodowa 58, 00-876 Warsaw). You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion and processing restrictions.
